I dated this guy for eight weeks and I thought I was falling in love - honestly I did! He was smart, tall, intelligent, financially secure, funny, kind and a good lover. However, after each and every one of our dates, we always ended up going to my place. Whenever I would ask him why we never went to his place, he would always shrug his shoulders, or avoid the subject or act like it wasn't an option. There were clothes strewn everywhere and jumbled about with empty take out food containers and the place stank like the bottom of a garbage pail. I might have been able to live with the food rotting in the sink, the stacks of old newspapers and the thick inch layer of dust on everything. When I saw his bathroom, well that was it for me. I could hardly keep from retching. There was a fine dusting of human hair everywhere and the toilet was crusted with stuff.
